Shipping policy
GiTOR APPAREL ships to customers across the United States.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or on a Sunday, begin processing the next business day.
Handling Time
Orders are packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days, based on our operating schedule (Mon–Fri 7 AM–6 PM, Sat 10 AM–3 PM).
Standard Shipping
Once your order leaves our facility, Standard Shipping delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

- Flat rate: $7.99 on orders under $100
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more

We work with dependable national carriers — USPS, UPS, and FedEx — to get every order to your door safely and on schedule.
P.O. Box Addresses
We're currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a standard street address at checkout to avoid delays.
Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way.

Every order can be tracked through the Track Order page on our website, or by using the tracking link sent to your inbox once your order ships.
Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping details before checkout. GiTOR APPAREL cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages I
f a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery attempt, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Items Arrived Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please visit our Return Center page with your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will arrange a free replacement or exchange.
