California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
This notice is for California residents and explains the additional privacy rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as expanded by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), when you shop with GiTOR APPAREL.

Your Rights as a California Resident
- Right to Know — request the specific pieces and categories of personal information we've collected about you, the source, the purpose, and any third parties it was disclosed to
- Right to Delete — request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to exceptions required by law (such as completing a transaction, fraud prevention, or tax recordkeeping)
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — GiTOR APPAREL does not sell personal information for monetary value. If cookies used for site analytics or advertising qualify as a "share" under CPRA's expanded definition, you can opt out at any time
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — direct us to limit use of sensitive personal information to what's reasonably necessary to provide our services, where applicable
- Right to Non-Discrimination — you will not be denied service, charged a different price, or given a lower quality of service for exercising any of these rights
How to Submit a Request
Email info@gitorapparel.shop or call +1 800-484-2155 to submit a CCPA request. For your protection, we will verify your identity against the information tied to your order or account before fulfilling any request. We will respond within 45 days of a verified request, with the option to extend once by an additional 45 days if needed, with notice provided to you.
Authorized Agents
You may authorize another person or registered agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. We may require written proof of that authorization and may still contact you directly to confirm the request.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
GiTOR APPAREL does not and has not sold personal information in exchange for money. To opt out of any cookie-based data sharing that may fall under CPRA's broader "sharing" definition, contact us at info@gitorapparel.shop or adjust your cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Annual Disclosure Right ("Shine the Light")
California residents may request, once per calendar year and at no cost, a list of any personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the prior year. GiTOR APPAREL does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing use.
